TC United, with a developmental philosophy at the core of all its programs believes that developing well rounded, skillful, and mature soccer players and teams is a complex, year round, multi year process.  For this reason, comprehensive program offerings, run with the guidance of highly experienced and accomplished coaches, who also have attained a high level of playing experience, coupled with the best young promising coaches, is the core to developing individual players, successful teams and sustainable programs through the years.

Each of our coaches has been selected and placed within the club for their unique skill sets in teaching the game of soccer to varying levels of players. We place high value on sportsmanship and team play, and our coaches will place those values above outcome consistently.

All of our soccer coaches are required to obtain coaching education licensing, and we boast a staff of mainly national level licensed coaches, paralleled by no other local club. A number of coaches provide individual and small group private lessons in addition to their TC United duties.
